Update or Cancel Your Subscription

Managing your subscription with us is straightforward. Whether you need to update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel your subscription, you can do it all through your account. Follow these steps to make the desired changes to your subscription.

Log In to Your Account

1. Access the Login Page: Visit our website and click on the login button at the top of the homepage.

2. Enter Your Credentials: Type in your username and password, then click on "Log In" to access your account.

Navigate to Subscription Management

  1. Open Account Settings: Once logged in, click on "Account" located in the top right corner of the page. This will open a modal window.
  2. Go to Plans & Billing: Inside the modal, find and click on the "Plans & Billing" tab.

Manage Your Subscription

  • Update Payment Method or Cancel Subscription:
    • Click on "Manage Subscription" to be redirected to the billing portal.
    • Here, you can cancel your subscription or update your payment methods as needed.

  • Change Your Plan:
    • To change your plan, browse through the listed plans in the billing portal.
    • Click "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" below the plan you want to switch to based on your needs.
